Bradley Bake Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Website.
Terms of Shipping/Pickup/Delivery:
Because of the fragile nature of our products, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats.
We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible, generally orders are shipped on the next business day as they are received though additional time may be required for dessert cakes. Please be aware, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. Please choose the appropriate shipping rate to assure your treats arrive within your desired time frame.
We are unable to ship/deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed by Bradley Bake Shop as they are not guaranteed by FedEx, USPS, or UPS. By selecting shipping/delivery you are agreeing to these terms.
Because cakes ordered for shipping are made fresh before being frozen they require at least 24 hours notice before their ship date. Please be aware, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. To avoid your order sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend, we do not ship cakes on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Please call (201) 343-0444 for any exceptions.
In-Store pickups must be placed at least twenty four (24) hours before the intended pickup time at Bradley Bake Shop and in some circumstances, more time may be needed. A phone number is required to verify pickup time.
Local deliveries are based on available times. We ask for a three hour window in which the recipient will be available to accept the cake. Since our products are perishable and made to order, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s). Refunds will not be issued for deliveries with incomplete or incorrect information or if the recipient is not present to receive the cake.
Orders must be cancelled at least seven days before the preferred delivery/shipping/pickup date. Please call (201) 343-0444 so that we may assist you with your request. Orders cancelled within that seven day period may incur a fee up to and including the value of the purchase.
For deliveries to hotel rooms, concierges, and bell desks:
Concierges and bell desks will rarely accept perishable food items on the behalf of a customer. If you have received authorization, please include the full name of the employee who has verified that they will accept the item(s) on the recipient's behalf. For deliveries directly to a recipient's room, we must have the reservation name and room number (hotel's are not able to give us this information) and the recipient must be available in the room to accept the item(s). We are not able to enter a room while the guest is not there.
For deliveries to an office:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and the department we are to deliver to.
For deliveries to a home:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and possible gate codes (if needed).
For deliveries to a restaurant:
We will require the name and time of the reservation.

Refund and Return Policy
In some rare cases, we will process a "rush order." However, there will be a surcharge if your order is accepted to be expedited.You must call in order to determine if your order can be expedited. We are not responsible for the shipping time once the order has been processed and receives a tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed/texted to you once the order has been fulfilled. It is your responsibility to track the shipment once you have received the tracking number.
There are no refunds for rush order surcharges. There are no exceptions. Expediting an order ahead of orders received before yours is an inconvenience on the staff. The surcharge is compensation for that inconvenience.
If there is a problem with an order you've received, please call (201) 343-0444 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns or exchanges.
Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and product costs.
Bradley Bake Shop is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Package refusal.
- Compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package.
- Improper handling of the product by the customer.
- Cakes that have not been picked up or cakes picked up on a date other than that requested.
Depending on the circumstance, Bradley Bake Shop may issue a credit or re-order.
To avoid any charges, orders must be cancelled more than seven days before the preferred delivery date. There is a 50% charge of the total on all orders cancelled within seven days of the delivery or pickup date. Any orders cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
